Yes on request we provide a gluten free breakfast: home made cakes, cookies and bread.We have an iron in the hallway for our guests, the late check out is not guaranteed, we can arrange the day before if its possible, if you need you can store bags.

House ist Epic, big wooden doors Sound like a Castle closing. The Apartment is very nice as well. With metro nearby you can easily reach everything. We spent 9 nights and were fully comfortable. The fridge is always filled.

Highly recommended B&B for a weekend trip to Rome

We have booked Relais Mazzini for a short weekend trip to Rom. Since we went to a concert at olympic stadium we could walk from Relais Mazzini. Apart from that the metro station levanto is 5 minutes away walking. Before our arrival Dasha provided us so much useful information about our stay. The CheckIn was super easy via links and keyboxes. Relais Mazzini is in the 3rd level of a wonderful old building with elevator; our room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The breakfast was rich and lovely. We recommend Relais Mazzini for 100% and we are very sure that we will choose Relais Mazzini again when visiting Rome. For our return to the airport Dasha organized us a private driver. The drive was super comfortable and very well organized.

We had a room with a balcony, but the balcony wasn't very comfortable (we couldn't have used it anyway since we had about 40 degrees outside).

Wonderful stay!

The property was clean easy to find and the check in prices was super fast and easy! The beds were comfortable and the room size was just right. The in-house help was especially good as Daria was available in seconds for anything we needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs an affordable and comfortable stay in Rome️

10+ in for the service and staff

The service is spot on, absolutely delighting and outperforms expectations. Dasha was clear, helpful and even assisted with the taxi for the next day. Same for Kurt, made the best decaf espresso for me. The room is very, very large with high ceilings, you get a balcony, big bed. AC unit does the job in hot summer Rome.There's a supermarket down the corner, a bus station and metro station very close.

Never been to a B&B before and didn't understand what it means - a normal apartament with shared rooms and common kitchen. The bathroom could see some updates tbh. But you can ignore that considering the rest.

Comfortable and Wonderful stay in Rome

Very comfortable bed, great location, delicious coffee and breakfast, super nice and professional staff. Highly recommend this B&B

A little close to the main entry door, making it a bit noisy when other guest enter their rooms, but if you sleep with ear plugs it blocks a lot if not all, of that hallway noise

A lovely clean room in a good location

Beautiful room , the place was exceptionally clean. 2 minute walk to the metro Lepanto station. The hotel had helped arrange get us tickets for the colloseaum as we didn’t realise you need to pre book for entry. A nice hotel if you are happy with finding your own way around. The place isn’t manned no reception desk for queries etc.

We booked a taxi transfer that did not arrive to get us from the airport. The taxi que at the airport was huge , in the 45 minutes we waited only one group was picked up. We ended up getting an Uber. Tickets for the colloseaum we were charged €90 total however the ticket price was displayed as €24 each. We are guessing this is because the tickets were pre purchased by a company then resold for profit. Booking.com states that all fees a taxes are included in the price but we were still charged a room tax when we left. Breakfast is small. The cakes weren’t fresh and had gone stale , however the coffee was excellent ! Air condition unit did not work but there was no one around to ask for help.

Wonderful

The apartment and building were both so clean. As mentioned by other reviewers, Dasha is so pleasant and helpful. The cleaning and breakfast staff were also lovely. We really liked the location about 30 mins walk to either the Vatican or to Piazza Navona in a really nice suburb away from the really touristy areas. We were delighted with our decision to stay at Relais Mazzini.

Изюминка этого места - это хозяева. нам очень помогала Даша, решать проблемы, не связанные в отелем. спасибо ей отдельное за отзывчивость. Расположение удачное, рядом с Метро Лепанто. без толп туристов, но в хорошем районе.

Мелочи: я бы заменила фен на более мощный. длинные Волосы очень долго сушить. Но это ерунда. Отель комфортный. Рекомендуем

«Душевное место и прекрасные хозяева»

Жильё прекрасно расположено, нам очень было приятно, потому что удалось прямо около дома найти место на парковке за 3 евро почти на сутки (за день до этого жили в другой локации Рима и за парковку заплатили 32 евро за сутки). Встретила нас Даша, очень добрая, душевная, милейшая девушка ️ заселила нас и дала рекомендации по всем интересующим нас вопросам. Особенно зашли рекомендации по ресторанам, посетили ВОСХИТИТЕЛЬНЫЙ РЕСТОРАН-веранду, просто восторг. В комнате все чисто, все предусмотрено для комфортного пребывания. Завтраки готовит сама Даша, очень это показалось нам милым и душевным мероприятием, за это отдельное спасибо. Вердикт: мы пожили в хорошем отеле Рима и в Хостеле ребят и однозначно надо выбирать место, подобное этому Хостелу. Все безукоризненно! Однозначно рекомендуем ????

A peaceful stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Peaceful location, very accessible to the main tourist attractions by foot. The host, Dasha was very helpful, recommending restaurants and booking for us. The apartment itself is in a lovely, traditional building with many classic features.

Great accomodation!

Excellent location, the neighbourhood is gorgeous for day or evening walks, wide boulevards, great architecture, it’s a safe area. Our room was gorgeous - spacious, high ceilings, stylish, very clean. I loved its atmosphere, we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The hosts Darya and Kurt were great and very kind, helping us with useful information. This is our place when visiting Rome - we walked to all tourist attractions, but there’s also a metro station nearby, 3 minutes of walking. I highly recommend the accomodation, we’ll stay here again during our next trips to Rome.

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Dasha was always helpful and friendly as well as Kurt ????. We have got many advices regarding places to visit and if we needed some help. Self check-in is a great option if you will arrive and there is rainy weather - no need to take your umbrella with - they have ️. The place is not far away from Vatican, and just 2-3 km from the center of city. Clean room, very cosy, authentic. Good option for a short trip!????????

Not very good noise isolation, but it’s about old building I guess. A little advice from us - sign the keys, because at first we had a long time to figure out which key to which door (maybe with numbers ????) like the description for a self check in? And maybe two options for the pillows (soft and hard). But it's more about how you can further improve staying at your lovely place ????
